We all get to points in our lives where there's something inside of us that wants something better or different. Maybe it’s a new routine, a new more meaningful way of working or living your purpose, or maybe it’s a new lifestyle.
And this awareness is probably inspiring you to make some changes, but you might still be at a point where you’re in your comfort zone with the way you've always done things. You may be hesitant to implement those changes that you know will make you a better person or improve your life because there's just some worry or fear about what might come as a result of those changes.
So your ego tells you a story to keep you safe and you find that you're listening to the same limiting beliefs in your head to maintain those old patterns. But still, you have this goal of making some big change and really shifting your life in a new direction.
In order to do this, though, you've gotta give yourself permission to make this transition.
You've gotta find the courage within to make the shift and to be willing to get out of your comfort zone a bit in order to do something different. Because if you don't allow yourself to actually make this leap, you're old patterns won't ever shift.
You'll be stuck in this same lifestyle or routine or way of being without ever really up-leveling. It takes a change in mindset to create a change in action.
